Skin exposure to ultraviolet light (UV light) causes the skin to develop brown or reddish color. Color formation does not depend on whether you are exposed to outdoor or indoor sun.
There are three types of ultraviolet rays UV-A, UV-B and UV-C.
UV-C
UVC rays are very dangerous and can cause great harm to your skin. You will not be exposed to UV-C radiation in CLUBTAN’s centers. UV-C radiation is actually the main reason behind the concerns about depletion of the ozone layer, since the Ozone layer is responsible for filtering UV-C rays.
UV-B rays
UVB rays are a little kinder to our skin, but can still harm us upon excessive exposure to sunlight.
However, there is some benefits, as these rays can stimulate vitamin D production, and therefore prevent osteoporosis, diabetes, and strengthen immune system.
