We are developing a new graphical user interface, therefore we are beta testing this in selected stores.
You will find that purchasing and activating subscriptions now happen directly from the front page, and access to your user profile is now located under 'My CLUBTAN' behind the three lines in the upper right corner. You can also change the language there.
If you experience problems, please contact the hotline, which will be grateful to hear your feedback, so the last small errors can be corrected before rolling out to all stores.
You can register either at the booking machine in the store or online.

Press on the front page image with the subscription price and then follow the flow - it's that simple.
REGISTRATION IN STORE
When registering at the CLUBTAN shop, select "Create user" on the booking machine. If you are already a member, you need to log in, and on the screen where you select the sunbed, in the upper right corner, press "Get UNLIMITED TANNING on subscription - press here".
REGISTRATION ONLINE
Go to https://signupdk.clubtan.net/start and fill out the form - This applies whether you are a new customer or have had a subscription before. If there is a current subscription, you will receive a notification about this.
After registration, you will receive an email and text message with an activation code, which you need to use on the booking machine in the store.
If you already have a user account in the store, you need to log in first and enter the activation code under UNLIMITED TANNING. Please refer to the instructions in the email for more details.
You log in to your current user account in the store and press the circle in the top right corner with the text "UNLIMITED TANNING on subscription - press here". Then you just follow the instructions.

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Mastercard Debit.
If payment for the subscription couldn't be processed or if your card has become invalid, you will be prompted to update your card information.
During the registration process, a Payment Service agreement is also set up as a backup payment method in case your card becomes invalid and is not updated. If the Payment Service agreement cannot be created, the system will prompt you to update your account number and social security number (CPR number) again. Please note that certain types of accounts may not allow the use of Payment Service, such as if you are under 18 or listed in the RKI (Debt Collection Register). The system will also fail if an account is attempted to be used that does not match your social security number (CPR number). If the system keeps asking you to update your account information and social security number, you can choose "Update at next visit" and proceed with booking.
Even if you update the payment information, no more than one payment per month will be charged for the subscription.
With the UNLIMITED TANNING subscription, you can sunbathe for 70 Kr. per session. The number of minutes it corresponds to depends on the price of the specific sunbed you choose.
You may have selected more time than what is covered by the 70 Kr. subscription OR
You are not logged in with fingerprint, but with a username and password. You need to log in with fingerprint to use UNLIMITED TANNING on subscription OR
You have sunbathed within the past 40 hours. The payment screen will indicate when you can sunbathe again.
If the store has a promotional offer (e.g., 50% discount), you can still take advantage of the offer, but only on the minutes you purchase IN ADDITION TO to the 70 Kr. covered by your subscription.
If you have been in the process of making a payment for a booking or uploading funds to your account using a credit card or MobilePay and the transaction was interrupted or took too long, a reserved amount may appear on your account. This reservation will be released. You can check the details of the reservation to see the date it will be released. The amount has not been deducted and transferred to us but is temporarily reserved on your account, so you cannot use it for anything else.
Your membership is only valid in the specific CLUBTAN store where it was created and does not apply to other CLUBTAN stores since they have different owners.
If the system is having difficulty reading your fingerprint, it may help to shade the sun so that it doesn't scan against the backlight. Alternatively, if you have dry hands, moistening your finger with a little AfterSun from one of the cabins can help.
No, you can definitely sunbathe without a subscription at CLUBTAN, and you don't need to create a free user account either. However, creating a user account gives you a minimum of 10% discount on each treatment.
CANCELLATION ON BOOKING MACHINE:
The subscription can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of the current month plus 30 days. The cancellation can be made via the booking machine in the CLUBTAN store, where cancellation of the subscription is done by activating the "Stop FREE SUN subscription" button under the section "Change subscription", which you can find under "Edit profile".
CANCELLATION ONLINE:
Go to https://signupdk.clubtan.net/startand log in using your email address and the activation code you received when creating the subscription. If it was made in the store or if you no longer have the activation code, you can press "forgotten your password?" and you will receive the code by email.
You can now log in to cancel or update your payment information.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
However, please note that subscriptions taken out online are cancelled online and subscriptions taken out in the CLUBTAN store are cancelled in the CLUBTAN store. Both with a notice period of the current month plus 30 days.

If you want to move your subscription to another CLUBTAN shop, you should contact customer service at post@clubtan.dk. Subscriptions that have already been cancelled will not be transferred.
If you were lucky enough to buy your subscription on offer for, for example, 99 kr., please note that the offer price only applies for the remainder of the subscription month and the first full month. After that, you pay the normal price of 169 kr. per month.
