At CLUBTAN you can subscribe and save a lot of money!

If you do not yet  have a subscription, you can easily and quickly create one electronically at any CLUBTAN tanning salon. See all centers with low cost subscribtion or sign up online here

You can pay with dankort, visa, visa electron, mastercard, mastercard debit and cash.

It’s free to become a member and you can choose subscriptions with 1, 3 or 6 months’ binding period.

PLEASE NOTE: The subscription will not be terminated automatically after the binding period, unless it is canceled with the current notice.

How do I get subscribed for Low Cost programme?

If you’re already a member please login and click on the big “low cost” button in the right corner of the screen, where you choose a suncabin.

If you are not registered you will be automatically prompted when you sign up.

After login I am asked to update payment info, why?

In the creation process the system attempts to create a Direct Debit Agreement, and if this fails, the system prompts you to update your information so it can be attempted again. Be aware that some types of accounts do not allow direct debit, for example if you are under 18 or are in the RKI register. If the payment can not be redrawn by direct debit the amount will instead be pay by the credit card.

If your credit card expires, the system prompts you automatically to update the card after login.

How do I make a new subscription if I already held one in the past?

You log in using your existing user profile in your local studio, tap the circle in the top right corner with text ”fri sol på abonnement – tryk her”. Afterwards you just follow the guidelines that will show up in the screen. 
 If you wish to subscribe online and  had previously made your subscription online, you log in by pushing the orange button “Sign up here” placed higher on this page, using your e-mail address and your original activation code. You are also welcome to push “forgotten code” and we will send you an e-mail.

I can't login online, and if I press "forgotten password", I don't receive an email?

Only customers who have subscribed online can subsequently log in and manage it online. If you have bought your subscription at the studio, it must be administered under “correct profile” on the booking machine in the studio.

Which creditcards can I pay with?

You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit.

 

How do I cancel?

The subscription can be cancelled at any time with a notice in the current month + 30 days, however it can not be effectuated until the expiry of the agreed minimum BINDING period. The termination must be done at the booking machine in the studio. The cancellation of the subscription is done by activating the button “Stop low cost subscription” under “edit user”. When termination is in force all user data on the bank account and social security number (CPR) is erased from the system. Subscriptions created online can also be terminated online after login with your e-mail address and the activation code sent upon creation.

Can I cancel my subscription online?

Only costumers who have subscribed online, can log in and manage the subscription online. You log in here: https://signupdk.clubtan.net/start with your email address and the activation code you received on text and email. If you have subscribed at the studio, it must be terminated under “right profile” on the booking machine at the studio. The notice of termination is ongoing month + 30 days – but no earlier than the end of the binding period.

How long is my termination notice?

The subscription can be terminated at any time. However, please note that subscriptions made online are terminated online and subscriptions made in the studio are terminated in the studio. Both with a notice of termination of the current month + 30 days, but no earlier than the expiration of the agreed minimum period.

 

I can not use my low cost subscription and it tells me that I have to pay?

You may have selected more than 70kr OR,

You are not logged in with a fingerprint, but with the username and password. You must log in with a fingerprint using LOW COST OR,

You have already used tanning within the last 48 hours. The machine tells you when you can return on top of the payment screen.

My fingerprint is not recognized?

Your user account is only valid in the studio is was created in, and is not valid in other studios.

I have bought my subscription on sale, but now after six months, I am paying the regular price, why?

If you have been lucky enough to purchase your subscription on sale, for example, DKR. 99,- per month, please note that the sale price is valid only during the binding period. After that you will pay a regular price, for example DKR. 139,- per month.

Can I move my subscription to another studio?

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to simply transfer the subscription to another studio.

If you want to move it to another center, then your subscription must be terminated and a new one must be created at the new studio. If you still have a retention period on the old subscription, we can help it as follows:     

• You create a new subscription on the booking machine in the new center.     

• You email us when you have created it, and when we can see that you have two active subscriptions, we will cancel the old one, until the end of the month (if we receive a notification the last workday before the 14th of the month as there is some processing time at PBS), so you will not have to pay it again – no matter how much of the subscription period remains on the subscription and in spite of the normal termination conditions.

 

How long am I bound? "The rest of the month where I create the subcription"- does that also count in the binding period?

No, when you create a subscription, you pay for the rest of the month in order for it to work immediately. Then the full month of the binding follows . Remember if you do not cancel the subscription after the binding period, it will continue.

The machine says “error in the account number”?

The account number must contain 10 digits. If the back of your credit card has only for example 7 digits of your account number, insert 000 in front of the account number.

I cannot remember my activation code?

You will receive an activation code on both e-mail and text messages when you create a subscription online. If you can not find the mail in your inbox, check out SPAM / Junk folder. The sender is post@clubtan.dk.

Why is an amount reserved on my account?

If you have been paying for a booking or uploading to your account by credit card, and have interrupted the purchase, a reservation will be made on the amount. This reservation will expire again. You can look at the details of the reservation which date it expires. The amount is not deducted and transferred to us, but only temporarily reserved on your account so you can not use them on anything else.

Do I need a subscription to tan at CLUBTAN?

No, you can also tan without a user or create a free user without subscription. The user gives min. 10% discount on each treatment.
