INTODUCTION

If you sign up as a user/subscriber via the kiosks in a tanning center, you also have the option to log in using fingerprint or with a username and password. PURPOSE
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the information that is most likely to be relevant to you, as well as to deliver, manage, and invoice the services you have requested or purchased. Additionally, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
STORAGE PERIOD
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and will be deleted when it is no longer necessary. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the purpose of its storage. It is therefore not possible to provide a general timeframe for when information will be deleted. As a general guideline, payment transaction information is retained for 5 years in accordance with the accounting legislation. However, information recorded in relation to inquiries via contact forms/email, which do not involve transactions, will be deleted after the inquiry has been processed.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The disclosure of personal information such as name and email, among others, will only occur if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
ACCESS AND COMPLAINTS
You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You can also object to the use of your information at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your information.
