Our studios are open from 07:00 – 23:00 from Monday to Sunday

To be able to use our free sunbathing action, a free user account must first be created. This can be done in the studio itself. Once the account has been created, you can log in and then go through the steps to select a cabin. The booking machine counts the discount of the total amount.

You can create an account in our studios at the booking machine. Select the ‘create user’ option here and go through all the steps. After you have created an account, you can log in to use our sunbeds.

Subscriptions for different periods can be created in our studios (1, 3 or 6 months). When you have purchased a subscription you can use the sunbeds in the chosen studio every 48 hours. The solar session may have a value of a maximum of € 10 euros (the time that goes with this amount depends on the strength of the sunbed)

The amount will be debited from the account number you provided on the 1st of the month.

The booking of individual sessions is also possible at CLUBTAN. The costs vary between € 5 and € 10, depending on the chosen time.

You can get the subscription through the booking machine in our CLUBTAN studios. If you already have an account, you can log in with your account. When you book the session, you can also choose the ‘Benefit subscription’ option.

Our studios are self-service. There is no staff present in our studios. If you have a question, or do not agree with something, do not hesitate to contact us through the hotline or through Facebook.

Reservations are not necessary, you can enter our studio between 7:00 and 23:00 and choose a cabin yourself. If there is no cabin available, you can see on the booking device what the possible waiting time will be.

Our studios have a PreSun lotion that has been specially developed for the use of the solarium. The lotion hydrates and nourishes the skin, and ensures a longer lasting color. The lotion can be purchased with a subscription for € 3, – per month. In case of separate sessions, the lotion can be booked for € 1.50.

CLUBTAN has its own brand of sunbeds specially developed for the Dutch market. We have two different strengths, 280 watts and 300 watts. The skin scanner will therefore recommend a different number of minutes at the different tanning beds.

The tanning beds and lamps are regularly checked for quality. Normally, studios replace the lamps of their tanning beds after 600 hours (the total lifetime of the lamps). We replace our lamps after 300 hours to maintain our quality.

Our studios and cabins are cleaned daily. We recommend, however, before and after using the sunbed to clean it with the disinfectant spray that is present in the cabin.

The number of minutes each time varies per type of sunbed. You can sunbathe for 22 minutes at the sun bed of 280 watts, and you can sunbathe for 20 minutes at the tanning beds of 300 watts. We recommend to follow the advice time of the skin scanner.

At CLUBTAN you can pay by debit card, credit card or cash.

If your finger scan does not work, there are a number of things you can do:

• Did you place your finger right in the middle of the finger scanner?
• Is your finger dry? Moisten your finger with, for example, our after-sun lotion and try again.
• Use the paper towels from one of the cabins to clean the finger scanner.
• If the finger scanner still does not work after this, please contact us through the hotline.

Wellness at CLUBTAN is: our unique airshower, free aftersun lotion, bluetooth music and vitamin D.

Our tanning salons are self-service. This means that staff in our studios are not required.
