You can register either at the booking machine in the store or online.

REGISTRATION IN STORE

New front page on the booking machine?
If there's a new layout on the screen, you just press the front page image with the subscription price and then follow the flow – it's that simple. 

Old front page on the booking machine:
When registering at the CLUBTAN store, select "Create user" on the booking machine. If you are already a member, you need to log in, and on the screen where you select the sunbed, in the upper right corner, press "Get UNLIMITED TANNING on subscription - press here".

REGISTRATION ONLINE

Go to SIGN UP page and fill out the form – This applies whether you are a new customer or have had a subscription before. If there is a current subscription, you will receive a notification about this.

After registration, you will receive an email and text message with an activation code, which you need to use on the booking machine in the store.
If you already have a user account in the store, you need to log in first and enter the activation code under UNLIMITED TANNING. See the instructions in the email.

You log in to your current user account in the store and press the circle in the top right corner with the text "UNLIMITED TANNING on subscription - press here". Then you just follow the instructions.

NOTE:

We are developing a new graphical user interface, therefore we are beta testing this in selected stores.

Therefore, you will experience that purchase and activation of the subscription now happens directly from the front page, and access to your user profile is now under 'My CLUBTAN' behind the 3 lines in the upper right corner. You can also change language here.

If you experience problems, please contact the hotline, which will be grateful to hear your feedback, so the last small errors can be corrected before rolling out to all stores.
