Unlimited Tanning subscription

At CLUBTAN you can subscribe for a membership and save a lot of money!

If you do not yet  have a subscription, you can easily and quickly create one electronically at any CLUBTAN tanning salon. See all centers with Low Cost subscribtion or sign up online here

You can pay with a credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or cash.

It’s free to become a member and you can choose subscriptions with 1, 3 or 6 months’ binding period.

PLEASE NOTE: The subscription will not be terminated automatically after the binding period ends, unless it is canceled with the applicable notice.

The subscription covers sun for a value of £8 per
treatment every 2nd day.

If you choose to subscribe at the tanning salon please login in the kiosk and click on the “Unlimited Tanning” button in the right corner of the screen, where you choose a tanning cabin.

In the creation process the system attempts to create a Direct Debit Agreement, and if this fails, the system prompts you to update your information so it can be attempted again. Be aware that some types of accounts do not allow direct debit, for example if you are under 18 or are in the RKI register. If the payment can not be redrawn by direct debit the amount will instead be paid by the credit card.

If your credit card expires, the system automatically prompts you  to update the card after login.

You log in using your existing user profile in your local studio, tap the circle in the top right. Afterwards you just follow the guidelines that will show up in the screen.
 If you wish to subscribe online and  had previously made your subscription online, you log in by clicking the orange button “Sign up here” placed higher on this page, using your e-mail address and your original activation code. You are also welcome to cick “forgotten code” and we will send you an e-mail.

Only customers who have subscribed online can subsequently log in and manage their account online. If you have bought your subscription at the studio, it must be administered under “correct profile” on the booking machine in the studio.

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit.

The subscription cannot be terminated until the 1, 3 or 6 months of binding period is over (depending on the subscription plan chosen). You can terminate subscription electronically via kiosk (on the booking machine).

It is done in the same screen on which one chooses a cabin, which is the first screen after login. Press the “edit profile” button and then press the subcribtion section. Remember the notice period is always the reminder of the current month plus 30 days.

You are not logged in with a fingerprint, but with the username and password instead. You must log in with a fingerprint when using Unlimited tanning. OR,

You have already used tanning within the last 48 hours. The machine indicates when you can return at the top of the payment screen.

Your user account is only valid in the studio is was created in, and is not valid in other studios.

If you have been lucky enough to purchase your subscription on sale, please note that the sales price is valid only during the binding period. After that you will pay a regular price.

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to simply transfer the subscription to another studio.

If you want to move it to another studio, then your subscription must be terminated and a new one must be created at the new studio. If you still have a retention period on the old subscription, you have the following options:     

• You can create a new subscription on the booking machine in the new studio.     

• You can email us when you have created new subscription, and when we can see that you have two active subscriptions, we will cancel the old one, until the end of the month (if we receive a notification the last workday before the 14th of the month as there is some processing time at PBS), so you will not have to pay it again. This applies no matter how much of the subscription period remains on the subscription and in spite of the normal termination conditions.

When you create a subscription, you pay for the rest of the month in order for it to work immediately. Then the full month of the binding period follows. Remember if you do not cancel the subscription after the binding period, it will continue.

The account number must contain 10 digits. If your account number has only, for example, 7 digits, insert 000 in front of the account number.

You will receive an activation code on both e-mail and text message when you create a subscription online. If you can not find the mail in your inbox, check out SPAM/Junk folder.

If you have been paying for a booking or top-up by credit card, and have interrupted the purchase, a reservation will be made on the amount. This reservation will expire again. You can look at the details of the reservation which date it expires. The amount is not deducted or transferred to us, but only temporarily reserved on your account.

No. You can register as a user without buying a subscription. However, you can save at least 10% off each tanning session if you subscribe for a membership.
