INTRODUCTION

If you register as a user/subscriber via the machines in a tanning center, you also have the option to log in with a fingerprint or with a username and password. If you choose a fingerprint, it will be registered in the machine at the respective center. PERIOD OF STORAGE

It is therefore not possible to provide a general timeframe for when information is deleted. As a general guideline, information about payment transactions is typically stored for 5 years in accordance with the accounting legislation. However, information recorded in relation to inquiries through contact forms/emails, which are not related to transactions, is deleted after the completion of processing the inquiry.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Disclosure of personal information such as name and email, etc., will only occur if you provide consent for it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.
ACCESS AND COMPLAINTS
You have the right to be informed about the personal information we process about you. You can also object at any time to the use of your information. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent for the processing of your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
